NOTES:
- Arkansas and Mississippi State have met on 69 previous occasions. Arkansas holds a slight 35-34 advantage all-time but has lost 9 of the last 11 in the series. The series is tied at 30-30 since Arkansas joined the SEC.
- However, Arkansas leads 23-9 in games played in Fayetteville, including a 22-8 advantage since the Razorbacks joined the SEC.
- Coach Calipari is 20-1 all-time versus Mississippi State. The lone loss was a 74-73 setback in the 2021 SEC Tournament.
- Last time out, Arkansas shot 50.8% from the field and out-rebounded Vanderbilt, 42-31, including 22-10 in the second half. Arkansas is 11-0 this year when shooting at least 50% from the field and 12-1 this year when out-rebounding its opponent.
- As well as Arkansas played at Vandy, the Razorbacks committed 15 turnovers (one less than it did in the convincing win over Mizzou four games ago). However, Arkansas is 14-9 this year when committing at least 15 turnovers.
- Zvonimir Ivisic has made 47 3-pointers and has 61 blocked shots. When Ivisic makes his 50th 3-pointer this season, he will become the 51st person (57th occurrence as five players have accomplished it multiple times) in NCAA history to have at least 50 triples and 50 blocked shots in a season. Since he already has 60 blocked shots, he will be the 21st player in NCAA history with 50 3’s and 60 Blks. Current Pitt Panther Zack Austin has 53 3’s and 50 Blks.
- When Ivisic makes 3 triples to give him 50 for the season, he will become the third SEC player to enter 50/50 club with Luke Kornet, Vanderbilt (2017) with 53 3’s & 71 Blks and Robert Horry, Alabama (1990) with 50 3’s & 51 Blks.
