Rachel Glenn, Isabella Whittaker on latest Bowerman watch list

FAYETTEVILLE – An update to The Bowerman watch list following the NCAA Indoor Championships includes a pair of Razorbacks with Rachel Glenn and Isabella Whittaker among the 10-person list.

Whittaker, previously receiving votes for the Bowerman watch list, was upgraded following her winning performance in the 400m at the NCAA Indoor meet, where her 49.24 set an American and collegiate record while being the world-leading time for 2025.

The 49.24 also ranks No. 2 on the all-time world list, just trailing a 49.17 set by Femke Bol of the Netherlands in 2024. The previous indoor best for Whittaker was a 49.90 as the silver medalist during the SEC Indoor Championships.

Whittaker is the third Razorback to reach the women’s watchlist this year and 15th in the history of The Bowerman.

Glenn, meanwhile, has been on the watch list four consecutive times this season. Glenn won the SEC Indoor high jump title with a 6-6 (1.98) mark that ranks as the No. 3 performance on the all-time collegiate list as well as the equal No. 10 performance on the U.S. all-time list.

At the NCAA Indoor meet, Glenn finished third in the high jump with a clearance of 6-3.25 (1.91). That’s a height Glenn has cleared three times this indoor season. Glenn also improved her career best in the 60m hurdles to 8.10, which ranks No. 9 on the UA all-time list.

Whittaker also supplied a 49.70 relay split on the anchor leg of Arkansas’ winning time of 3:25.20 at the NCAA Indoor Championships. That’s the fifth fastest indoor split all-time and fourth best by a collegian.
