Razorbacks Land Top Player In Oklahoma
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas men’s basketball head coach Mike Anderson announced the second addition to the 2018 signing class on Wednesday, as IMG Academy’s Keyshawn Embery has signed his National Letter of Intent to join the Razorbacks for the 2018-19 season.
Embery is a 6-3 guard originally from Oklahoma City, who transferred to IMG Academy in Florida for his senior season. During his junior year at Midwest City High School, Embery averaged 26.8 points, 5.6 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.6 steals, helping Midwest go 23-4.
Embery is rated as a four-star recruit by Rivals.com, 247Sports.com and Future150.com. At Midwest City High School, Embery was ranked as the No. 1 player in the state of Oklahoma by 247Sports.com and Future150.com, and is ranked as high as the 70th-best player in the country by Future150.com. 247Sports.com tabs Embery as the No. 38 point guard in the class of 2018.
He joins Jonesboro, Arkansas, native Desi Sills as the first two signees of the 2018 class.

His athletic ability and basketball IQ sets him apart. He is going up against some of the better teams in the country playing at IMG Academy and he comes to Arkansas as a proven winner.
