Razorbacks Ranked 19th in the CSCAA Poll

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Arkansas swimming and diving team is in the rankings for the first time in a year and a half. The Hogs checked in at 19th in the latest CSCAA poll on Thursday, which was the first of the season. The Razorbacks received a total of 108 votes.

The last time the Razorbacks were ranked was in February 2021, when they were ranked 20th in the final poll of the 20-21 season. This week’s is the highest ranking for the Hogs since they were voted No. 17 in the 2020-21 opening poll.

“I am very excited for our team being ranked in the Top 20 right now. This is an affirmation by our sport that shows how far we’ve come in a short amount of time and the potential we have for a successful season. We have competed well against No. 6 Alabama and No. 11 Florida, it brought out the best in us,” head coach Neil Harper stated.  “We have continued to work hard in the weight room, on the boards, and in the pool. We are excited about our early season improvement. This is a great start for our swimmers, divers, and coaching staff as we look forward to building on our early success toward our goals this year!”

The Arkansas swimming and diving team’s next match is against Liberty University on Friday, Nov. 4 at the Arkansas Natatorium.
