Razorbacks Red-White Recap
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The Razorbacks competed in their annual Red-White intrasquad on Friday. The White squad secured a win over Team Red by a score of 104-84.
The meet was an exciting mix of familiar faces and new talent facing off against one another in the Arkansas Natatorium. “Our level of focus today was fantastic,” said Coach Neil Harper. The intrasquad caps off a week of difficult, fast-paced training for the Hogs: “if they can perform this well tired, I’m excited to see what they can do feeling fresh mid-season,” commented Harper. A win was within reach for both squads going into the last event with Red trailing by 8 points. A strong White team showing cemented their win.
The Razorbacks will be back in action Friday, September 27th in the Arkansas Natatorium at 3:00pm CST as they host Drury for the season opener. The Razorbacks are 22-3 with Drury, and the Razorbacks hold a 16-meet winning streak.
