This decorated history of Razorback Athletics is an ideal setting for receptions, meetings, and banquets. Situated on the ground level of the south entry, Champions Lobby includes tributes to the 1994 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship and historic Final Four runs made by the men’s and women’s teams.

A hideaway lounge on Bud Walton Arena’s court level, this space serves as a green room for talent and other VIPs during games and special events. Decorated with relics and photos from Razorback Basketball’s past, it’s a fitting backdrop for small gatherings.

REQUEST PROCEDURE:
To request the use of a University of Arkansas athletic facility for a special event, interested parties should browse this website in its entirety in order to find out more details regarding rental options. Any initial questions not answered on the website may be directed to the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics Event Operations Office (contact information below). If you are ready to move forward with the special event approval process, prospective external clients should submit a completed Facility Rental Request Form (found in the link above). Upon receipt of the form, the Event Operations Office will be in contact within 1-2 business days. Interested U of A campus groups should submit a completed Facility Rental Request Form (found in the link above).

The request to use athletic facilities by external organizations and/or campus groups is subject to availability and the provisions of these Guidelines and Procedures. When renting each area as described below, renter is only authorized to enter the approved areas of each facility. Any unauthorized access to areas not specified in the contract without permission will be considered as trespassing and the renter is subject to being billed for additional rent, clean up and/or damages to entire facility.
Facility requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the requested event date. Consistent with the stated mission and purpose of the University of Arkansas Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, and to ensure efficient and fair use of the Razorback Athletics facilities, the following priority list is followed when scheduling events in athletic facilities:
The following dates will be unavailable annually, and the University of Arkansas reserves the right to add to these unavailable dates at any time.
If able to proceed, the signed reservation form will be sent back to you as a confirmation. A cost estimate, contract agreement, and information regarding insurance requirements (at the policies link above) and how to make a deposit will be sent via email as the next steps. Post event, final billing will be sent as soon as all expenses are finalized.
