DL Quincy Rhodes Jr., a native of North Little Rock, Ark., leads the Hogs in both tackles for loss (7.0) and sacks (5.0) through five games this season. Rhodes Jr. has posted two multi-sack games this year to become the first Arkansas defender with multiple multi-sack games in a season since LB Drew Sanders (2) in 2022. Rhodes ranks seventh nationally in sacks per game, averaging a sack per contest.

QB Taylen Green (2,069) is one of three active FBS quarterbacks with 2,000 or more career rushing yards, along with Vanderbilt QB Diego Pavia (2,526) and Colorado QB Kaidon Salter (2,208).

WR O’Mega Blake is Arkansas’ top receiver through five games, leading the Razorbacks in every major receiving category: receptions (30), receiving yards (399), receiving touchdowns (3) and receiving yards per game (79.8). The Charlotte transfer recorded a touchdown reception in each of the Razorbacks’ first three games of the season, becoming the first Arkansas pass catcher with touchdown receptions in three straight games since WR Matt Landers in 2022.

– The Hogs have won four in a row against the Vols (2011, 2015, 2020 & 2024), including the last meeting between the two teams in Knoxville in 2015. Arkansas’ four-game winning streak against Tennessee is its longest active winning streak against an SEC foe.

DB Julian Neal is the star of the Hogs’ secondary, leading Arkansas in interceptions (2) and pass breakups (5) through five games this season. Neal ranks 17th nationally in interceptions per contest (0.40) and ninth nationally in passes defended per game (1.40).

Bobby Petrino, the Razorbacks’ second-year offensive coordinator, was named interim head coach for the remainder of the season on Sept. 28, 2025. Petrino served as Arkansas’ head coach from 2008-11 before returning last year as offensive coordinator. In his first stint as head coach, Petrino led Arkansas to a 34-17 record with a 17-15 SEC mark, back-to-back double-digit win seasons in 2010-11 and trips to the 2010 Liberty Bowl, 2011 Sugar Bowl and 2012 Cotton Bowl.

– Through five games, QB Taylen Green leads the country in both yards of total offense (1,839) and yards of total offense per game (367.8). Green’s 12 passing touchdowns are the eighth-most nationally.

– The Razorbacks’ 204 consecutive extra-points made streak, which began on Dec. 5, 2020, is the second-longest such streak nationally based on date, behind Northwestern (Oct. 24, 2020). Freshman kicker Scott Starzyk has made all 25 of his point-after attempts this season.

– Arkansas ranks fifth nationally and second in the SEC in third-down conversion percentage, converting on 57.9 percent of attempts.

Bobby Petrino is the fourth interim head coach in Arkansas history. Joe Kines (1992), Reggie Herring (2007) and Barry Junney Jr. (2019) have also held the title. Named interim head coach after the first game of the 1992 season, Kines’ 10-game tenure included Arkansas’ first SEC win and first win at Tennessee. The Hogs went 3-6-1 overall under Kines, including a 3-4-1 record in conference play. Herring, who went 0-1 as interim head coach, served as interim head coach for the 2008 Cotton Bowl, in which Arkansas was handed a 38-7 loss at Missouri. Lunney Jr., who went 0-2 as interim head coach, was named interim head coach for the final two games of 2019, losing to a pair of SEC foes in LSU and Missouri.
