Arkansas Set To Host NCAA South Central Regional

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark – The University of Arkansas is set to host the 2019 NCAA South Central Regional Championships Fri., Nov. 15 at Agri Park.

The men’s and women’s programs are ecstatic to host the South Central Regional Championships for the fifth time in program history (2007, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2019).

Competition gets underway Friday at 11 a.m. with the women’s 6k to be followed by the men’s 10k at noon. (full schedule can be found on the South Central Championships Central page)

Women’s head coach Lance Harter and the No. 1 Razorbacks, a ranking they have held for the last three weeks, are going for their ninth-straight South Central Regional Title.

Men’s head coach Chris Bucknam and the Arkansas men are looking to lock-up the eighth South Central Regional title in the last 10 years.

  • Arkansas – (W) No. 1
  • Texas – (M) No. 29
