Auditions for Razorbacks Got Talent Set for Oct. 12
Interested in performing for the Razorbacks? National Anthem, Halftime Performances and In-Game Host auditions will take place on Sat. Oct. 12 from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m
NATIONAL ANTHEM SINGERS
Razorback Athletics is inviting singers of all ages to audition for the opportunity to perform the national anthem at various athletics events. Open call auditions will be held in Barnhill Arena on Saturday, October 12 from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m.
Auditions are open to singers and musicians, both individual and groups, with a high level of showmanship and energy. Performances should be done a cappella style and be of clean, crisp, professional sound quality, traditional style and should be no longer than one minute and 30 seconds. Individuals under the age of 18 will need to be accompanied by a legal guardian.
BASKETBALL HALFTIME PERFORMANCES
Opportunities are also available for groups to perform at halftime of both men’s and women’s basketball games. Halftime performances typically last between four and seven minutes. Halftime entertainment auditions may include high-caliber entertainers, dancers, singers, choirs, musicians or any other exciting performance.
IN-GAME HOSTS
Energetic and enthusiastic individuals who are interested in becoming an in-game host will also have the opportunity to showcase their microphone talent in front of a panel of judges. Interested candidates should project a fun, high energy and outgoing personality.
All participants will each receive two complimentary tickets to the Arkansas vs South Carolina Volleyball match which will take place the following day, Sunday, October 13 at 1:00 p.m. inside Barnhill Arena.
