Cole Forney comes to Arkansas after spending the five seasons at Florida A&M (2020-24) as the Rattlers’ Director of Sports Performance.
Prior to FAMU, he was a member of the strength and conditioning staff at Georgia. The Bulldogs won a pair of SEC East championships during his time in Athens.
Forney played at Northwest Missouri State (2012-17), helping the Bearcats to three Division II National Championships and a record-setting 38-game winning streak as an outside linebacker.
The Maryville, Mo. native earned his bachelor’s degree in health science from from Northwest Missouri State and later received his master’s in kinesiology at Georgia.
