Cornelius, Ramirez join On the Air with Chad Morris

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – “On the Air with Chad Morris,” Coach Morris’ weekly radio show presented by Lindsey and Westrock Coffee Company, moves to Wednesday nights at 7 p.m. at the Catfish Hole for the 2018 season. The fall’s second show will feature a pair of Arkansas seniors in Jared Cornelius and Santos Ramirez.

Cornelius started in two of the three games he played in last season before being sidelined due to an injury. Before being injured, he recorded five receptions and one touchdown. A Shreveport, La. native, Cornelius has made 79 career catches for 1,163 and has scored 10 touchdowns for the Razorbacks.

Ramirez ranked third on the team and first among defensive backs in tackles with 63 last season, and was only one of three players in the FBS to record at least 60 tackles. He also recorded an interception, eight pass breakups and three fumbles forced last season. The Shreveport, La. native has already received his undergraduate degree from Arkansas, with he and Cornelius being two of 10 athletes on the team to do so.

Live from the Catfish Hole for the 10th straight year, Chuck Barrett, the voice of the Razorbacks, will host new head coach Chad Morris on the one-hour show while fans can make reservations to attend the shows by calling the Catfish Hole at 479-521-7008. Tickets are $25 and include all you can eat dinner buffet with catfish, shrimp, and chicken.

The show will be carried throughout the state of Arkansas on the Razorback Sports Network and locally in Fayetteville on 105.3 FM, 99.5 FM, 92.1 FM and 1290 AM.
