Here are a few reminders about working with our student-athletes:

• Agreements cannot conflict with any other rule, regulation, or policy of the university.
• NIL activities cannot take place during practice, competition, or other team-sponsored activity.
• Student-Athletes and the brands they work with are not permitted to use the UA’s intellectual property without written permission from the Office of Athlete Brand Development. The UA’s intellectual property includes, but is not limited to:
  • Names, nicknames, trademarks, service marks, facilties, landmarks, monuments and statues, trade dress or uniforms, songs, sounds, slogans or cheers, etc., mascots, logos, symbols, colors, insignias, radio, television, podcasts or other broadcasts, and other IP whether registered or not.
