Kickoff time windows, Notre Dame game time set for Hogs

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Kickoff time windows have been set for Arkansas’ Southeastern Conference controlled games this fall along with an established game time and network for the Razorbacks’ first-ever matchup with Notre Dame.

The Fighting Irish’s visit to Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium will kick off at 11 a.m. nationally on ABC as the leadoff game to an incredible slate of games on September 27. To enhance the historic weekend, the Arkansas athletic department is finalizing plans to create a unique game weekend experience on The Hill with events beginning Friday, September 26 through Saturday’s game. Details of the exciting weekend will be released later this summer.

The appearance on ABC marks the first time since the 1994 and 1995 seasons the Hogs will be featured on ABC in consecutive seasons. The last time the Razorbacks played games on ABC in Fayetteville in consecutive seasons was in 1979 and 1980 when Lou Holtz was on the sidelines for the Hogs as the head coach. Holtz later went on to coach at Notre Dame.

For the second consecutive year, the SEC will utilize kickoff time windows that feature four windows: Early (11 a.m. -Noon CT), Afternoon (2:30-3:30 p.m. CT), Night (5-7 p.m. CT) and Flex (2:30-7 p.m. CT). Game time windows will be converted to kickoff times six days prior to the game. Flex games will encompass the Afternoon and Night windows before being assigned a window 12 days prior to the game.

Arkansas already had three established game times for the 2025 season with the season opener vs. Alabama A&M on August 30 set for 3:15 p.m. on SEC Network, Arkansas State at War Memorial Stadium on September 6 set for 4 p.m. on ESPN+/SECN+ and the SEC opener at Ole Miss slated to kick off at 6 or 6:45 p.m. on either ESPN or SEC Network on September 13.

The Hogs head to Rocky Top on October 11 to take on Tennessee in Knoxville for the first time since 2015 with kickoff in the Flex window (2:30-7 p.m. CT).

The Razorbacks return home for a three-game home stretch in October beginning with the first on-campus game vs. Texas A&M since 2013. The old Southwest Conference foes will kick off between 2:30-7 p.m. as part of the Flex window on October 18. The Auburn game is slated for the Early (11 a.m.-Noon) window on October 25 with the Mississippi State game the next week set for the Afternoon (2:30-3:30 p.m.) window on November 1.

Back-to-back road games start with an Early (11 a.m.-Noon) kickoff at LSU on November 15 followed by a trip to Texas on November 22 that is in the Flex (2:30-7 p.m.) window.

The season finale on November 29 vs. Missouri will be a night game set for 5-7 p.m. in the Night window.
