Little Named to SEC Community Service Team
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas kicker Cam Little has been named to the 2023 SEC Community Service Team, the league announced Wednesday.
Little, who is involved with Down Syndrome Connection of Northwest Arkansas, has donated money for every field goal he makes for the third straight season. This year, he has donated $50 for every field goal made.
The Moore, Okla., native connected on 20-of-24 (83.3%) field goal attempts and all 33 of his point after attempts during the 2023 season.
Over his three-year career (38 games), Little has donated $1,460 in made field goals (53 made field goals) towards the Down Syndrome Connection of Northwest Arkansas. Little’s 53 career made field goals are tied with K Steve Little for third-most in program history.
Little also participated in the organization’s annual walk to raise awareness and funds. In 2022, a local company donated $25,000 live on Good Morning America to Down Syndrome Connection of Northwest Arkansas on Little’s behalf due to his dedication to the organization.
Little was also selected to the SEC Community Service Team in 2022.
The SEC names a Community Service Team for each of its 21-league sponsored sports, looking to highlight an athlete from each school who gives back to his community through superior service efforts.
