#ProHogs: Week 3

List of #ProHogs

This week brought only one #ProHogs transaction as the Washington Redskins placed LB Martrell Spaight on the season-ending injured reserve list. Spaight has been sidelined with a concussion since Week 1.

“Well, we’re disappointed but we mainly want to make sure he gets healthy,” Redskins head coach Jay Gruden said. “He plays a very tough position – linebacker, obviously – and we want to make sure he is fully recovered.”

Quarterback Ryan Mallett is expected to make his second start of the season on Sunday afternoon for the Houston Texans. Mallett threw for 244 yards and one touchdown last week in a start at Carolina.

There are also three #ProHogs playing in national prime time games this weekend. Travis Swanson will start at center for the Detroit Lions as they host Denver in Sunday Night Football. Running back Knile Davis (Chiefs) and long snapper Brett Goode (Packers) are expected to see a lot of playing time in the Monday Night Football matchup at Lambeau Field.
