Rachel Glenn named SEC Field Athlete of the Week

FAYETTEVILLE – Razorback Rachel Glenn earned the SEC Field Athlete of the Week accolade following her 6-2.25 (1.89) high jump victory at the LSU Invitational.

In her first outdoor high jump this season, Glenn cleared the first five bars on her initial attempt from 5-8.75 (1.75) to 6-2.25. She then passed at 6-3.5 (1.92) and moved the bar to 6-4.75 (1.95).

Glenn holds the UA outdoor record with a height of 6-4.25 (1.94) set in 2024.

Glenn defeated Georgia’s Elena Kulichenko in the competition. Kulichenko, the 2024 NCAA Outdoor champion, cleared 6-0 (1.83) as runner-up. Glenn and Kulichenko share the SEC Outdoor leading mark and rank equal No. 3 among collegians.

In addition, Glenn leads the SEC and ranks second among collegians in the 400m hurdles with a 53.48.
