
SEC Weekly honors for Sanu Jallow-Lockhart & Paityn Noe
FAYETTEVILLE – A pair of Arkansas school records during the Tyson Invitational earned SEC weekly honors for Sanu Jallow-Lockhart as Runner of the Week and Paityn Noe as Freshman of the Week.
Jallow-Lockhart became the first Razorback to produce a sub-2 minute time in the 800m indoors with her 1:59.77 victory as she won the race by three-and-a-half seconds. Last season, Jallow-Lockhart broke the Arkansas outdoor record with a 1:59.29 performance.
Jallow-Lockhart ranks No. 4 in the world for 2025. On the all-time collegiate list she ranks as the No. 4 performer with the No. 6 performance.

Noe, a freshman during the indoor season, won the 3,000m race by over 12 seconds in 8:47.17 to break the Arkansas record of 8:52.57 set in 2015 by Dominique Scott. Noe’s previous indoor best from high school was 9:34.08.
Noe also produced the fastest time in the 3,000m by a freshman on a banked track as she bettered the previous best of 8:50.70 set in 2024 by Alabama’s Doris Lemngole.
Runner-up to Noe in 8:59.58 was Arizona State freshman Judy Chepkoech while Arkansas alum Logan Jolly finished third in 9:01.52 to better her previous indoor best of 9:03.02 set in 2022. Another freshman, Leah Jeruto of Oklahoma, placed fourth in 9:03.04.
In addition to the 3,000m school record, Noe ranks No. 2 in the 5,000m (15:23.41) and No. 7 in the mile (4:34.02) on the Arkansas all-time lists.
