The 2024-25 season for Arkansas men’s golf came to an end after a seventh-place finish (852 / +12) at the NCAA Amherst Regional, played at the par 70 Popular Grove Golf Club. Individually, Mark Stockdale tied for sixth and Thomas Curry tied for 20th.

Due to heavy rain and lightning, round three of the NCAA Amherst Regional was suspended Tuesday after Arkansas played 3-to-6 holes. The Regional is set to resume on Wednesday at 6:30 am (CT).

Despite steady rain and conditions Razorback head coach Brad McMakin described as “horrible,”, the second round of the NCAA Amherst Regional was completed and Arkansas stands in sixth at +6 (566) with Mark Stockdale and Thomas Curry each among the top 10 individually.

Six of the 13 teams completed round one at the NCAA Amherst Regional, but Arkansas was not one of them. However, four Razorbacks finished before play was suspended due to darkness, John Daly II got in 16 holes and Arkansas sits in fourth at -1.

University of Arkansas redshirt freshman Rex Hargrove has been named to the SEC Men’s Golf Community Service Team, the league announced today.

The Arkansas men’s golf program will be the #9 seed at the NCAA Amherst Regional, played May 12-14 in Amherst, Va., at the Popular Grove Golf Club (par 70), it was announced today by the NCAA on GOLF Channel.

St. SIMONS ISLAND, Ga. – Arkansas made a late charge to make the final eight – thanks to three birdies by Gerardo Gomes and two by Thomas Curry – but ultimately finished 11th with a 1-under-par total of 839 (281-278-280) at the 2025 SEC Men’s Golf Championships

Thanks to a 4-under-par 66 by freshman Erich Fortlage in round two, Arkansas shot a 2-under round of 278 and moved up one spot into a tie for ninth with a 36-hole, 1-under total of 559 at the 2025 SEC Men’s Golf Championship
