FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — No. 25 Arkansas welcomes No. 24 LSU to Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium on Saturday for the annual Battle for the Golden Boot. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m., and the game will be televised on ESPN with Dave Pasch (play-by-play), Greg McElroy (analyst) and Tom Luginbill (sideline) on the broadcast.

• After a convincing 31-10 win over No. 11 Florida last Saturday, Arkansas is bowl eligible for the third straight season.
• Saturday marks just the fourth time the rivalry has been played in Fayetteville (first time two ranked teams will play for the “Golden Boot” in Fayetteville). Arkansas won the 1992 matchup 30-6 and the 2014 contest 17-0 for head coach Bret Bielema’s first SEC win.
• Behind 299 yards on the ground, Arkansas won in Baton Rouge last season, 31-14, to hold on to the “Golden Boot” for the second straight year. It marked just the second time since the Golden Boot was introduced into the rivalry (1996) that the Razorbacks had won back-to-back games against LSU.
• Arkansas is looking for its third straight win over the Tigers, which hasn’t happened since 1927-29.

• Arkansas’ win over Florida marked its third victory this season over a team ranked nationally in the top 15 of the Associated Press poll, which is tied for the most in the nation with No. 1 Alabama.
• With the win last Saturday, Arkansas has won 12 of its last 16 games dating back to last season and opened the month of November with a win over a ranked team for the second consecutive season. The Razorbacks’ 12 wins are the second-most in the SEC during that span. Arkansas is also 6-3 in the month of November over the past three seasons. Coach Bielema is 25-12 in his head coaching career in the month of November.
• Arkansas will face its seventh ranked opponent this season, including its fifth straight. LSU will be the Razorbacks’ 10th ranked SEC opponent since the start of the 2015 season. Saturday’s contest will also mark the 25th time Coach Bielema has faced a ranked opponent in 48 career games at Arkansas.
• Junior quarterback Austin Allen and sophomore running back Rawleigh Williams III have been one of the nation’s top QB-RB tandems this season. Allen is averaging 254.6 yards per game through the air, while Williams is averaging 106.1 on the ground. Allen and Williams are one of just five QB-RB duos in the Power 5 conferences averaging at least 250 yards passing and 100 yards rushing per game this season.
• Arkansas leads the FBS in time of possession per game (35:45.56). The Razorbacks have led the SEC in time of possession each of the last two seasons. Coach Bielema is 70-27 all-time when his team wins the time of possession battle. The Razorbacks are averaging a 15-minute, 6-second advantage in possession time against its opponents this season. In addition, Arkansas is 5-0 under Coach Bielema when possessing the ball for 40 or more minutes.
