Player of the Week
INF/OF Kuhio Aloy

Kuhio Aloy powered the Razorbacks to a perfect 4-0 week, including a midweek win over Grambling and a weekend series sweep against Charlotte, posting a team-best four multi-hit games and three multi-RBI efforts as he led the offense in runs scored (6), hits (10), doubles (3) and RBI (9). Aloy posted a team-leading slash line of .667/.722/1.067 on the week, going 10-for-15 at the plate and driving in at least one run in all four games played. He racked up a career high-tying four hits with two RBI against Grambling before logging three consecutive multi-hit games in the sweep of Charlotte. Aloy was responsible for seven total RBI in the series against the 49ers, highlighted by a pair of three-RBI performances in each of the first two games. He socked the Hogs’ go-ahead three-run double in the series-opening 11-10 win and swatted the game-sealing two-run blast in the team’s series-sweeping win on Saturday.

LHP Parker Coil

Parker Coil was dominant in a pair of relief outings in the Razorbacks’ weekend series sweep against Charlotte, tossing 3.2 perfect innings with seven strikeouts and recording the first immaculate inning of the Dave Van Horn era (2003-pres.). The left-hander made his first appearance of the weekend in the series opener against the 49ers, spinning a season-long two shutout innings with three strikeouts. Coil was back on the mound in the series finale to lock down Arkansas’ sweep with 1.2 shutout innings and a season-high four strikeouts. He logged an immaculate inning with nine pitches and nine strikes for three strikeouts, punching out the first two batters of the eighth inning looking on six total pitches before fanning the final batter he faced on three pitches – all swinging.

Carson Wiggins was sharp in a pair of relief outings during the Razorbacks’ undefeated week, striking out three in total and recording his second save of the season in the team’s series-clinching win against Charlotte. The hard-throwing right-hander began his week with a shutout inning of work against Grambling, striking out one as he closed out Arkansas’ run-rule win. Wiggins posted another perfect frame in relief in the Hogs’ game two win over Charlotte, striking out a pair of batters to lock down the save and clinch the weekend series win.
