Competed for Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee … Coached by Jeff Langdon … Earned 2018 Ohio Valley Conference Newcomer of the Year in cross country … Also selected Belmont’s Newcomer of the Year for the 2018-19 season … Double champion at 2020 OVC Indoor in 3,000 (8:08.76) and 5,000 (14:45.32) … Produced indoor best of 8:05.32 in 3,000 to place fourth in Music City Challenge and outdoor best of 13:59.21 in 5,000 to finish 11th in Raleigh Relays … Silver medalist in 3,000 and 5,000 at 2019 OVC Indoor … In cross country, as a freshman placed second in 2018 OVC Championships (24:07.2, 8k) as Belmont finished second in team scoring … Finished fourth in NCAA South Region and was top freshman in field (31:20.2, 10k) as team placed fourth … Qualified as an individual in NCAA Championships, placing 107th (30:41.5, 10k) … Opened season by winning 2018 Belmont Opener (15:24.9, 3.1 miles) … Finished ninth in Vanderbilt Commodore Classic (25:15.3, 8k), sixth at Louisville Classic (23:55.9, 8k) and 28th in Wisconsin Pre-Nationals (24:28.5, 8k) … During 2019 cross country season raced twice, placing 15th in Commodore Classic and 33rd in Notre Dame Invitational.

2016 Georgia cross country Gatorade Athlete of the Year … 2018 graduate of Trinity Christian School in Dublin, Georgia … Coached by Ron Clanton and Evan Winegamer … Lettered in cross country, track and field four years … School claimed four GISA State team title in track and field (2015-2018) … Individually, totaled 12 GISA State titles, earning three each in cross country, 800m, 1600m, and 3200m to sweep all four titles as a sophomore, junior and senior … Produced Georgia record of 8:52.70 in 3,200m and established best times of 1:55.86 (800), 4:10.95 (Mile), 4:14.18 (1600), 9:06.53 (2 Mile).
