Williams Named Best Senior RB in 2016 NFL Draft

ESPN.com’s NFL Draft expert, Mel Kiper Jr., recently released a list of his top five senior running backs for the 2016 NFL Draft and a familiar name is at the top.

1. Jonathan Williams, Arkansas Razorbacks:

“Part of a loaded backfield (see below), Williams has quick feet and can create space laterally without losing much steam. The fact that he gets to split the carries is a good thing for his NFL prospects.”

Williams enters the 2015 season as the school’s 10th all-time leading rusher with 2,321 career yards. The Allen, Texas native rushed for 1,190 yards last season, the eighth-best mark in school history and earned second team All-SEC honors from the Associated Press.
