Gymbacks Take On Tigers in Final SEC Dual

The Battle Line Rivalry is on tap for the No. 12 Gymbacks as they head to Columbia, Mo. for their final regular season SEC meet against the No. 13 Tigers on Sunday.

Arkansas will look to finish its SEC slate strong as the Hogs currently sit at 3-2-1 in conference, the most wins since the 2021 season. Four SEC victories for the Gymbacks would tie for the second-most ever and most under head coach Jordyn Wieber.

Missouri is currently 2-4 in SEC action and has had great success at home so far with an unblemished 4-0 record in Columbia. Arkansas has yet to get a conference road win, and last defeated the Tigers in their gym in 2020.

Sunday’s action will be broadcast live on SEC Network, with Alex Perlman and Kennedy Baker on the call. First vault is set for 5 p.m. CT from Columbia.

Scouting the Series: Missouri

  • Arkansas holds a two-win edge over Missouri in the all-time series at 17-15, but the Tigers have been on a hot streak and came out on top in five of the last six meetings, with the Hogs’ last win over Missouri in 2021
  • The two teams are neck-and-neck in several areas, with just a tenth or less separating them on all events and overall, and just .005 of a lead for Missouri on vault (49.295) and Arkansas on floor (49.500)
