Razorbacks Expand Medical Services Partnership With AOS

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The University of Arkansas’ Department of Intercollegiate Athletics has expanded and extended its agreement with Advanced Orthopaedic Specialists (AOS). The extended agreement includes providing sports medicine trained primary care physicians in addition to the sports medicine trained orthopedic physician services previously provided. The agreement will encompass the care of the Razorback’s more than 460 Razorback student-athletes. AOS, which began serving University of Arkansas student-athletes in 2009, will serve as the department’s partner through 2020, providing daily medical coverage to all 19 Razorback sport programs.
